Media Consent Form

As part of local Scouting, photography, video and audio recordings are common placed for the purposes of recording events and publicising our activities.

Media Consent

This form is a record of consent for any photographs, video and/or audio footage, depicting you and/or your children, created during Shipton ESU activities. The form also details how we may use any media created to help us encourage wider awareness and understanding of our services, work and values.

  • I understand that any photos/video/audio created will be retained in accordance with the Scout Association's Data Retention Policy and managed in accordance with the Data Privacy Policy. I understand I can ask for any photos/videos that I or my children appear in to be removed from the Shipton ESU Data Repository at any time by contacting ShiptonESU@swcscouts.org.uk. Although these will be removed upon request, I understand it will not be possible to remove photos which have already been published, for example in printed media. I am giving permission freely. I have no interest in the copyright, nor of any moral rights, in the same. I understand that should I have any questions I will contact ShiptonESU@swcscouts.org.uk
