Monopoly Live 2019 Winners!

This weekend some of our members took part in the Monopoly Live event in Crewe. This brilliant event for Scouts and Explorers is organised by South West Cheshire Scouts and Crewe & Nantwich Lions, and has taken place every two years since 2011. Some of our members attended as part of the District’s Eurojam 2020 contingent, or with the groups where they help as Young Leaders.

Unit Camp – 13th to 15th September 2019

Members of the unit attended our Unit Camp held at Forest Camp in Sandiway over the weekend of 13th to 15th September 2019. The idea of the weekend was to hold a 1980s-themed Movie Making Camp. We made 4 short films in the style of a 1980s horror, inspired by “Gremlins”! We had an 80s party, drank mocktails (made by our own Explorer Scout barman, Alex) & played some hilarious games.
